Looks like they bought a website template and put their casino on it. :)

Sounds like a player question - are you a player or an affiliate?
I'm pretty sure they have a bigger selection of slot games than ANY other casino on the net!

From an affiliate point of view, the casino is run by Affiliate Republic who also have Tropezia Palace casino, and they have won numerous industry awards as being one of the best programs for the last couple of years.

Hardly! (Was that a tongue-in-cheek comment?)
They spent well over 18 months developing this site - the operators must have been pulling their hair out as they couldn't launch it until about 9 months later than they had first hoped!

It's an affiliate question, sounds like they're worth pursuing. Although their support isn't too fantastic. Waiting on a response.

If again, you are talking about affiliate support - they have weekends off!
From my impressions, they work 16-hour days during the week - so I do let them have a break at the end of the week. ;)
If you go ahead and promote them, don't forget they don't take UK players.

The casino itself looks fine. My remark was actually based on their homepage. For some reason I am now automatically redirected from slotsmillion.com to slotsmillion.com/en though, which also looks different.

What confuses my is their double-license from Malta and Curacao. Which of these jurisdictions would be in charge in case of a customer dispute?

Played there myself, tried it with a small deposit and bonus. For me, not impressed. Games didn't load, and when they did load they were very slow, like 5 to 10 seconds for reels started stopping. Very annoying.

But I tried it when the casino was live for a week or so. Maybe it's better now?
They do offer A LOT OF games, even Playtech.

If you attend any affiliate conference (LAC or BAC etc), they are always on the top ("Affiliate Republic" I mean)

Hi there!
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we have improved drastically since the launch. The game performance has improved ca 300% and for Rival games whooping 600%. We have solved all the lag issues and all the games are playing smoothly.
We have also beefed up our retention campaigns and overall done many improvements in the casino since the launch.
Definitely worth another visit - I would appreciate any additional feedback.
Cheers!

Hi CygX1!
You get redirected to the english version of the site, nothing strange there. However, the content might have not been updated at one point when you visited but it is the same now.

The reason for the double licenses is simply the vast amount of games we have. Each provider we sign on requires a license, in some cases we sign the software under the Curacao license and in some other cases we sign the software with the Maltese license. It is all a part of a global conspiracy to give more work for the administrators and lawyers and pay more taxes in more places and make more work for the accountants :) We would all prefer it to be simpler, that's for sure.

In case of a customer dispute, the customer can contact the jurisdiction under which the particular game in question is licensed under. I hope this helps answer your question.
Cheers!

@lucky

Thank you for your input. I just checked again and the site looks all in shape now.

Regarding the licensing, I understand that multiple licenses are required. However, this can easily lead to confusion for any customer seeking assistance if jurisdictions try to get rid of a dispute by claiming they are not responsible. Many casinos are affected by this though.
