We are reaching out to offer our sincere apologies for the delay in processing your June commission payment. We fully understand how crucial timely payments are, and regret any inconvenience or uncertainty this may have caused.

Why the delay occurred
There is no financial issue, the delay is entirely due to our new finance team being short-staffed and still acclimatising to the increased transaction volume. This is purely a manpower challenge and not related to any funding or solvency concerns.
We are working swiftly to resolve this and have our affiliate team actively assisting to get payments back on track.

Next steps and timeline
Although we’re unable to pinpoint an exact payment date today, we are targeting next week for completion. We will continue to keep you updated and provide a firm date as soon as possible.

What we’re doing to prevent future delays

• Reinforcing staffing levels and workflows within our finance department
• Providing additional training and support to handle transaction volumes efficiently
