It's the first time I see something like this happening.
A player of ours had his winnings of 1000 euros confiscated at Always Vegas because of his verbally abusive language at the live chat when enquiring about his winnings that weren't yet paid.
What's your opinion on this one?
The player did say that he was gonna take the issue further, have their banners removed, contacing 3rd parties etc. etc.
I really understand their decision of banning the player from further play. Yes, they are entitled to do that. But confiscating the winnings made earlier that were already being processed...no way.

If they don't like it they should pay the player then ban them.

There is no excuse not to pay the player.

I agree, this is the craziest thing I ever heard, you pay the player then close their account if you don't like the threats...total BS Always Vegas!!!

Just another reason added to the reasons why they are Rogued and on the Rogue List.

It just never stops with that casino it seems. I kinda feel sorry for Dave (from Casino Titan) who has just got started there and now having to deal with all those issues.

On who's rogue list?

They are not even in the rogue pit at CM.

KK

Who's do you think bro? Google it and see...hang on, I'll do it for ya..;)

Usually, if you really want to find somein in search, you ask it a question...so, lets ask this one... believe me, peeps ask these questions many times a day in the search engines. I see it in my back end stats everyday bro.

Update: Sep. 5th 2010 Edited Out Links since Always Vegas Casino has now settled the two issues amicably as of Sep. 5th and have now been removed from TheGamblingGurus Rogue List.

*The various reasons and justification are there on my list. I don't just simply Rogue a Casino for the thrill of doing it you know. There's always a reason or two or three or more.

*Dave did contact me last week to see what they needed to do to get removed from the Rogue List, so that was a step in the right direction. Lets see what happens now and if they will decide to reverse any of these absurd decisions that they have been making there!

KK, you know as well as me that it's hard to try and make excuses or justifications for most of their asinine decisions that they have made there since they went live in regards to player treatment. It hasn't got any better either.

News Flash: CM's List is apparently not the only one that matters according to the serps!

Yes the CM list is less than comprehensive, and there are some on there for silly reasons that have nothing to do with treatment of players

After reconsidering the issue, the casino has decided to pay the player in full as the account ban/closure wasn't related to player winnings that were won earlier before the entire issue arose.
Thanks everyone! :)

Where's the proof the player has been paid, you got a link?

That's what I would want to see...when and if.

The player (and Always Vegas affiliate manager) sent me a message that his account was reopened so he could withdraw the entire amount.
Will update this thread once I hear back from him that he has received the funds.

Thanks to Dave for working with TheGamblingGurus.com and settling these outstanding player issues in an amicable manner and making the players accounts whole again. He just saw to it that the outstanding issue with player "rjb" was rectified.

If you guys do not know Dave, he was previously with Casino Titan before they were sold. In all of our dealings with Dave regarding these issues, he has been a class act to work with, and with him at Always Vegas Casino we feel good about their future and our decision to remove them from our Rogue List.

Absolutely, I do know that he is offline now though since I just finished talking with him on Windows Live Messenger awhile ago, but as soon as I see him log back on I will mention to him to please get in touch with you Streak. Do you have a Windows Live Messenger screen name? You can private message it to me if you like. :)

Just thought I would post an UPDATE to this "Always Vegas" thread here since I've just re-tested their cashout times again this week...

Made a cashout late Sunday evening to my Quicktender account from a free chip I was given there.

The payout to my eWallet just showed up about an hour ago so that's not too bad really, less than 72 hours altogether.

So kudos to Always Vegas. 8)

Just so everyone knows that I am impartial, I'm not currently promoting these guys...just thought it would be useful info for some of you.
