Btw, please also ask for interests and compensation fee, if the commisison is overdue as they broke their T&C.

The principle is simple: if an affiliate program knowingly and repeatedly violates the terms of the agreement and fails to fulfill its obligations, you should categorically demand compensation in the form of interest and penalty fees – just as you would any other entity to which you owe invoices. This is the only way to discipline unreliable partners and establish healthy business relationships that won't ruin your peace of mind and cash flow.
