Alpha Affiliates - delayed payment - RESOLVED

Alpha contact is giving me the run around for a delayed payment.

Although she is responding to my Skype messages she won't help me because she is not my designated "account manager".

Nor will she help me find out who can manage my account.

Does anyone know of any contacts for Alpha Affiliates (besides Valery)

I've just sent the email. I was hoping to have this resolved with an existing AM, but didn't. Also, can you tell me if you have move all partners to a new portal and have blocked everyone out?

Finally received.

After much going backwards and forwards, false statements that payment was made, seeking proof of payment, following up again - It's finally come through, without any mention, comment by the AM.

Nevertheless, can now be closed and marked as resolved.
