Alpha Affiliates bought some brands - who is responsible for paying commissions?

Hi everyone!

Here is the story. We are promoting Megaslot Casino ( Megapartners) and Bitslot Casino (bPartners). Recently we were notified that these brands were bought by Alpha Affiliates, and our manager who supported us with these brands no longer work for Megapartners or bPartners. We have commissions for previous months in both programs and we were told to contact Alpha affiliates now regarding payments. Which we did. However, our manager at Alpha Affiliates (Elizabeth), said she can not help me and I should contact someone from Megapartners or bPartners. They are footballing me from both sides and I have no clue what to do now and how to get our commissions. Anyone has the same problem with these guys?

Hello, They provided us with a contact who should resolve the issue. The person asked to send an invoice. Let's wait how it goes and if it is going to be paid out.
