Algo affiliates

Hi team, I’m working with a partner called “Algo Affiliat” and I’ve noticed since last month that their statistics seem to be inconsistent. For example, I personally referred someone and it is not showing up in the statistics. I’ve been working this month as well, but the stats are still showing zero, which is impossible. Have you encountered this issue before? Thank you.

I had a similar situation with another affiliate program before, and in my case it turned out to be a tracking issue rather than missing referrals. Sometimes the stats dashboard can lag or fail to register some activity, especially if there were changes on their side. I would first ask their affiliate manager to check the raw clicks, registrations, and player IDs manually. If the numbers still don’t match after that, I’d be a bit concerned because accurate tracking is the basic thing an affiliate program should provide.
