Sorry there is just so many time waster and other kind if people around lately on all forums in the industry.

The site is not huge and is only getting around 60 visits a day, The site is climing as we speak but already hold many page 1 positions on google. Looking for less than £20,000

Well, if you gave more details about the site here on the forum people wouldn't have to PM you to waste your time. It's a two way street, you could be wasting potential buyers time with a mediocre site that you are expecting too much for.
