I have been trying to enter this into the calendar all day but it won't stick when I drag Casino Coins over to the date.

Very strange... Can you try today?

• Do you know if you got an error message at the top of the display when trying to drag the payment over?
• Did the day on the calendar highlight when you dragged the payment to it?

Hopefully we can figure out why that happened. I did try myself, same payment, same payment method, same date, and it worked fine for me

I forget which payment I was trying to enter, but a few months back I had the same problem.

I tried again and the same issue.

1. selected QuickTender
2. selected Casino Coins
3. right clicked and drug CC over to the calendar and the date block became white with CC placed over it.
4. let go to drop it in date block and CC flew back to the list of casinos and then calendar said loading.
5. The calendar came back without CC placed in the date and everytime the calendar has reloaded, I have a "shadow" of a box where the payments that were made that day appears. (when you select a date, you get another popup where you can see what payments happened. That box appears but kind of greyed out and no text. I mouse over it and it disappears.)

I tried to make a payment with another group as a test with a different payment method and same result.

I used to do tech support for Intuit (turbo tax and quicken) so being the good little tech that I was, I will try this from my laptop and get back to you.

I was able to place the payment from the laptop with no problem.

I wouldn't call it user error and tell myself to back away slowly from the desktop (which was how we would joke at the old job) but I would definately say it's my desktop that has the problem, not the calendar.

Sorry for making it an issue before I tried everything!!
