After many months of testing (over 6 months), we are finally releasing our new Affiliate Payment Service!

Affiliate Payment Service

The Affiliate Payment Service allows affiliates to enter their monthly affiliate payments into our system ANONYMOUSLY. The purpose of anonymity is to ensure that prying eyes do not know when your payments have been recieved. We currently have a number of affiliates using the system monthly and have gathered quality statistics. Because of this, the homepage and forum header already reflect 'Recent Affiliate Payments.'

How to use the Affiliate Payments Calendar

I must first warn you... I am NO J. Todd. :emoticon-0140-rofl: The video below will NOT entertain you. However, I have taught classes for many years now and (I hope) you will find the instruction well thought out and properly informative.

[agdlink=https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/AGDPaymentsService.html]AGD Payments Service Tutorial - a 5 minute intro[/agdlink]

<hr style="width: 80%" />

Please see the link titled 'Enter Your Recent Payments' in the Forum header to start the Payment Service (Calendar).

Please take time after watching the video and entering your payments to come back and give your honest feedback on this service. We have worked long and hard, but that only means we are MORE THAN WILLING to take in your advice and tailor the application to suit industry needs.

Thank you.

Nice one, I think you just raised the bar for every other forum to come up with easy to use, good looking, simple, interactive make sense webmaster tools. You are... a genius!

Ha! Thank you.

This application will be cross-forum in the very near future... this means that any (vBulletin) forum will be able to use and skin the app. I'd say the final code is about 2 months away at the most.

Thanks everyone!

I certainly hope we all make use of it! Coming soon will be an intense amount of stats / reports you will be able to see from the payments data.

PLEASE... give me your opinions on what features are needed for this application. I want it to be used widely so that we can all benefit from the resulting stats. It will be very good for the industry to have that type of information.

Many more AGD Services are planned, so look forward to applications that will save you time, help you make more money, and avoid places that would rip you off.

Thank you AGD for coming up with this great tool! I love it!!

You are asking for feedback so............ one thing I noticed was that when I was entering in my payments for the month in one sitting, the payment method stayed checked on QT even after I dropped the program name on the date.

Is there a way that the payment method would clear so it would have to be checked again for the next program payment?

My thinking is that if I procrastinated and did not enter each payment as I received them but entered a few at one sitting, I would be going gung ho and forget to change the payment method. Which is what I just did entereing in my March payments.

Other affiliates may like the payment method staying checked...........these is just my thoughts.

Thanks again!

My thinking is that if I procrastinated and did not enter each payment as I received them but entered a few at one sitting, I would be going gung ho and forget to change the payment method. Which is what I just did entereing in my March payments.

Here is why I created it to persist the payment checkbox:

Many affiliates get paid over an over by the same payment method. For me, that is Quicktender and Wire. I can more quickly enter payments by doing all my QT payments first and then my wire payments second. If I had to check the box each time, it would be marginally slower (for me)

That was my reasoning for creating it the way I did.... HOWEVER - I would like to discuss the merits of NOT persisting the payment checkbox. If it is easier to (automatically) de-select it after a payment is dropped onto the calendar.... and affiliates agree... then I would certainly change it.

AGD, see how people think differently which is a good thing or else the world would be a dull place.

Anyway, either way works for me. It was just something I wanted to point out.

Have a great day and keep up the great work!

Slotocash always pays on the first day of the month. That is the way to go.

Pay players fast and pay affiliates fast and watch how much more your casinos get promoted. ;D
