ok, the AGD Spider picked up on something at Affiliate Lounge that seriously annoys the crap out of me.

Let's not forget that Affiliate Lounge implemented the most predatory, retroactive clause they could find to screw their affiliate base... do NOT forget that.

NOW...

They have a new section called 'Testimonials':

Testimonials - Affiliate Lounge ? Gambling affiliate program for Betsson, Casino Euro and Cherry Casino

This section shows a webmaster who thinks that AL is great. Essentially he is getting a link-back from this shitty program and, as a result, placing all their casinos on his homepage.

This is what KILLS this industry. People who will work with cheating affiliate programs and even provide bad testimonials. It really hurts ALL affiliates when this happens :(

Never has the displeasure of working with Affiliate Lounge thank goodness. I be broke and on the streets. I agree pretty funny and thanks for the update and reminder about this program.

My new site still being developed is all about rogue casinos and programs. No advertising involved just packed full a very rich content.

Wonder if I should be so bold to include rogue sites/webmasters?

I love how they have endless amounts of testimonials from uber-famous affiliate sites.

I found that page "full of testimonials" quite funny. You'd think they would at least make some more up - internet testimonials are about as useful as tits on a bull.

I am not going to defend their conduct towards affiliates, however these guys have me torn. Their sites are good, software is great, withdrawals are quick, and I have seen no evidence that they are doing anything untoward to their players. They also have much higher jackpots than most other Net Ent casinos. So while they may be screwing me as an affiliate, I still think its doing a disservice to players to tell them to play elsewhere if they like these particular games.

eg Arabian Nights slot, the jackpot is over 4.6m euros at Betsson. No-one else even comes close to that. So if someone comes to your site looking for information on that game who do you put first.. the player or yourself? We've chosen the player, fully aware of the shitty terms AL recently introduced. But at least we can say we are truthfully telling players where the best deal for them is. I figure in the long run if you give someone good advice then they are likely to come back to you for more.

And if anyone from AL reads this... no you cannot use the good things I have said here about you (grudgingly..) for your empty testimonials page.

i thought the same thing a while back... i would say do it!!

Thanks GFPC I am looking forward to really hammering hard on a few programs. The virtual group is first in line front page. And the info will go far beyond a surface scratch. A real in depth look listing names, locations and so much more.

Pretty sure I will include a bad webmaster section as well.
