Rather sadly though in this industry I have been conditioned to read the T&Cs of everything so I could not help but notice the terms attached to this competition:

Tournament Terms:

Tournament credits are not withdrawable. Tournament prizes must be wagered 5x on Slots prior cashing out. Maximum cash out is 1x the amount of the Prize. Prizes will be credited during November 8th 2010. Certain accounts may not be eligible for this promotion due to their bonus eligibility status.

Pardon my ingratitude but that just seems like a rather lame money-saving exercise on your part. And over $1000? Come on...

no, those are real cash prizes. I would never throw out a freeroll for affiliates with wagering requirements on the prizes. As you saw above, Handkey was also under the impression that these were real cash prizes, and I never told him that he was wrong. Because they are indeed real cash, so please feel free to play the tournament, knowing you'll get the prize without any additional requirements.

I take the blame on me for not double checking the landing page, where this freeroll is advertised. The designer copied the template of the standard tournament page, thus copying wrong terms.

All the participants will have an option to withdraw the prizes as a player payout, or along with the affiliate commissions.

Again, my apologies, and I hope you'll enjoy the event in the remaining couple of days!
