No word on whether this is retroactive or not.

To avoid being rogued (again), they need to continue paying the current minimum rate of 25% on the players referred before September 1.

It is retroactive! It will affect each and every affiliate. New minimum rate is 15% on net revenue (if you don't have any new depositors). I did check back with my AM and he confirmed it.

The newsletter says basically: We (AffiliateClub) take a portion of your commission and invest it in player promotions. But you (affiliate) will benefit as well, because players will be loyal and play more. Therefore it is a good thing to decrease our revshare, isn't it? :emoticon-0116-evilg Also 'it is industry standard, yadda yadda yaffa BS'.

ok, looks like Affiliate Club will be rogued. That means a full alert on Monday and an email out to the base.

I really hope they will change their mind regarding these unreasonable suggested changes.

Affiliate Club already implemented retroactive terms a couple years ago but reversed the changes again after massive complaints by their affiliate partners. A thread about this is located here.

As far as I am concerned, Casino Club lost my trust when they hijacked a players $167k VP win in 2008. The operator claimed the punter would have been using "robot software" to gain his winnings. What a shoddy excuse.
