Affilate Program Live Stats Update

Hey Guys,
We're currently working with an affiliate program and they mentions that conversions sync with our dashboards once in 24 hours. Ofcourse even this frequency isnt consistent and sometimes they claim they do it manually and sometimes sytem is doing it.
Other affiliate programs are syncing the systems within 1-2 hours.

What' should the accepted sync duration be? Because this clearly is not a transparent approach to updating affialite partners with campaign data.

I think daily updates should be the absolute baseline, but for a serious affiliate program it’s not really ideal. When you’re optimizing campaigns, looking at traffic sources, or adjusting spend, waiting 24 hours for conversions can make you fly blind. Personally, I’d expect stats to update within a few hours at most. I understand there can be delays with validation, fraud checks, NGR calculations, etc., but there should be a clear schedule and communication. Saying sometimes it’s manual and sometimes it’s automated doesn’t sound very transparent from an affiliate perspective.

Yes and that is the reason its raising serious doubts on their transparency related to reporting conversions. we'll be monitoring for a week or more and then have to plug out of the program.
