Hello AGD community,

Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for Affgold Affiliates.

They have Lucky Kong Casino as their brand.

Affiliate Reporting Platform: proprietary

Admin fee figure found in terms and conditions/or on website: exact % not stated in the affiliate program T&C
“The Commission is a percentage (“Real Revenue Share”) of the Net Gaming Revenue (“NGR”) calculated using the following formula:
NGR = Cash bets – Cash won – Jackpot contributions – Paid bonuses
No Processing fees or Game royalties or any other fees are deducted from NGR”

Test signup and deposit is made from Country ‘Serbia’
Affiliate Reporting Platform.jpg

We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 500.
Cashier.jpg

And we started playing some slots with €40.

Game 2.jpg

And got a little bit lucky!
Game 3 lucky one.jpg

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report
Stats.jpg

For the deposit of €20 via Skrill our earnings were €20
Since we have a 50% deal the Net Gaming Revenue is €20
Revshare stated in the report is showing affiliate earnings for revshare deal.

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 20/20 = 100%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
  • 25% = 25.00 %
  • 30% = 30.00 %
  • 35% = 35.00 %
  • 40% = 40.00 %
  • 45% = 45.00 %
  • 50% = 50.00 %

Finally another truly honest commission advertising program, who isn't scamming affiliate partners with bogus deductions. Another decent program/casino to add to the list, and hopefully other members get behind this program and signup too :)

Hello, my name is Mike. I am affiliate manager for Affgold. I would like to clarify about admin fee. We thought that just saying "no other fees are deducted from NGR" makes it obvious that there is no admin fee. Seems we were wrong, right now we corrected terms & conditions and this is explicitly mentioned that no admin fee is deducted.

Nowadays I am experiencing many issues with affiliate programs, number one being decreased revenues from affiliate networks I have been working with for years. Reading these audits I can see not all affiliate programs are equally fair, AGD your audits are incredible tool to weed out bad seeds. I am going to sign up now to affgold and test them out due to your audit, thank you

Kudos Mike, and AffGold Team.

Frankly, other programs started to sneak these "admin fees" into GGR deductions around circa 2014. Since then, they've been a very contentious issue, for affiliates. These "fees" become even more dubious, and yes, questionable, when, programs such as AffGold DO NOT charge their partners this fee.

Side Thoughts
(FYI I'm not an AffGold Affiliate but will be signing up):

Yes, the industry has become a LOT more competitive over the years. However, affiliates needs to ask themselves a few simple questions, before blindly partnering with affiliate programs.
  • Do I receive the commission advertised on the program's site, or is it being stomped on?
  • If it's that later, then the program is BS'ing you.
  • How do you feel about being lied to. How can you trust they wont shaft you in other ways?
There's a lot of other questions but IMO they are the most important.

There's a LOT of threads here at AGD and GPWA, where, affiliates are not being paid and accounts closed. For no other reason than greed. Affiliates these days, more often than not, are being treated like blips on a screen. Agreed, business is business and we sometimes all have to make decision we may not like.

However, in some cases, affiliates deliver up to 90% of players for the programs they partner. Yet, they're treated like crap, and lied to with bogus commission percentages. Worse, they're getting slapped with an ever increasing number of (what I believe are) bogus GGR deductions, all designed to rob affiliates, and pay as little as possible for the referred players, sent.

Reiterating... When programs such as AffGold arrive, we should all rally to them, by signing up. Because, if we support these honest programs who do not deducted "admin fees", we're also telling the rest who do charge these bogus fees, we've had enough of eating these raw-deals.

If you do anything good for yourself this week, then please consider the above :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, AussieDave

To be honest, there is our Audit Report above, and I am always somewhere nearby.
So why don't you just ping me here or on Skype and sign up?
It would be the perfect Christmas present for each of us.

Had a player who lost a four figure sum. My commission was then simply canceled because the player apparently initiated a chargeback. Removed all links from the program. All commissions can be easily deleted at any time.

This player asked us to refund all of his deposits (I immediately knew chargeback is coming soon), we used all tricks in the book to convince him "to stay" but I knew it did not make sense, it was obvious he deposited with intention of getting his money back in case he lost in the casino. You sent us only 2 players, what are we supposed to do in this case in your opinion? Is it our fault that this player was dishonest? Do you really think we should eat this loss? Saying that all commissions can be easily deleted is a little unfair don't you think?

Did you contact the affiliate in question? My guess, no. Why not? See this is why this affiliate believes ALL commissions can be deleted at any time.

Affiliates are your partners. As such, and when this crap takes places, you, as an affiliate program need to reach out and inform the referring affiliate of what is happening, after all it's the affiliates player, not the casinos player. It's a share arrangement. Unless it's a CPA, the casino/program has NOT purchased the player. Hence you owe affiliates an explanation.

To do anything other that inform an affiliate about this is, is exactly why TRUST (lack of) is called!

I just feel I need to clarify in more detail here. We value our affiliates very much and no single issue is dissembled without communicating thoroughly with our partners. The situation was discussed and explained to our partner and I was under impression that he understood the situation - evidently I was mistaken because he decided to write this post.
I understand he is annoyed because it was basically his only valuable player, regrettably some players are behaving really unfair. This is not a typical situation, it is actually very rare we deduct anything from affiliate balance but in this case we had no choice.

Wish more programs would have thease kind of commission calculations as well as reps @ AGD responding to questions!
