We were working with adwise.agency to promote Glueck24 and JoyCasino.
Initially all went fine and we got paid an agreed CPA commission.
Within few months after that, we had a slowdown, whereas last month got ourselves a player and earned CPA. When the time came to ask for the commission payment, I have received several arguments based on the fact that the commission will not be paid:
1) That the campaign time has expired (there was no info on the expiry date for the CPA commission setup), whereas the CPA commission setup at our account was valid (otherwise I would not ask for the commission);
2) I was told that we should bring active players, rather than making deposits by ourselves (when I asked the proof of it, as I never made any deposit, they told it was a joke...a joke?! - when they are talking about canceling the deal)
3) The player has been rejected after the review, which was done today (right after I sent the request for withdrawal...coinsidence?!)
I will not go bankrupt because of this, but I consider this type of behaviour extremely unacceptable and would recommend to avoid this affiliate program if you are seeking for a reliable partners.
This is again a good example of how the affiliate business should not be done.
I would agree that it may be that some players were rejected, but: a) why this hasn't been done when the commission has been calculated in the affiliate account; b) why they were thinking of several reasons not to pay; c) how can you crack jokes about it, when you would like to avoid paying commision?!
