Hello everyone,

I’m a new affiliate working with Ace Partners.
I generated traffic and players in July, and my commissions are already in "Accepted" status (about +€4000).
However, since August 7th, the payout has been on hold due to a "security service verification".

I have already provided detailed proofs of promotion (Google Analytics, social posts, etc.), but the verification keeps being extended week after week.

I don’t want to accuse anyone, I just want to know:
- Has anyone here already worked with Ace Partners?
- Are long verification delays like this common with them?
- Did you eventually get paid after your first month?

Thank you in advance for you
r feedback.

A new payment deadline has also passed without any action.
I would like to clarify the situation with Ace Partners.
The advertiser has already validated my traffic and the commissions are clearly marked as accepted in my account.
This means the advertiser has already paid Ace Partners for this traffic.
Despite that, Ace Partners is still delaying my payment, using arguments about “traffic quality” and “SEO methods” which were never part of the agreement and have nothing to do with the advertiser’s validation.
At this point, the advertiser has paid, the traffic was approved, and yet Ace Partners keeps withholding my commissions. I believe this raises serious concerns for affiliates working with them.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced similar behavior

Update:
Ace Partners is now saying that the casino hasn’t paid them.

However, in my account the commissions are already marked as accepted. Normally, this status is only used once the advertiser has validated the traffic and paid Ace Partners.

This is a direct contradiction: they cannot mark commissions as “accepted” and then claim the advertiser didn’t pay.

At this stage, their explanations keep changing (traffic quality, SEO, now advertiser payment), but the fact remains: my commissions were approved and should have been paid to me.

update: another deadline passed, after the money supposedly not received by the brand now it is the verification service which still has to check, I should have had an answer today for the payment which is obviously too complicated to respect these words....

Final update: they finally admitted they won't pay after a month of manipulating me. Avoid this platform. The managers are clearly playing with you to squeeze as much as possible out of you and then inventing a bogus excuse behind your back (fraudulent traffic in my case, so I sent all the promotions I've done since the beginning). In short, avoid ace.pa, especially if you're just starting out like me. They'll have no qualms about taking advantage of the fact that you're an amateur to manipulate you even more. I screenshotted the entire conversation with my AM (one day they haven't received the money yet, once they do, they bring up a verification that has already been validated. Any opportunity is good to continue making you work for free until you put a stop to it and they tell you, "OK, we won't pay you."

⚠️ Research suppliers before bidding on them. My mistake cost me €4,700. I hope my story will help others avoid being scammed by this type of fraudulent platform.
