I just saw a fantastic video on predictable irrationality and thought I would share. I'm sure it may help more then one affiliate improve his/her conversions

I'm actually going to be ordering the guys book; Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions.

I promise to try and post about it once I read it, tell you all if it is worth reading... but after seeing that video, I have high hopes.
