I am filing this complaint against 3SNET regarding the unfair suspension of my affiliate account and withholding of my legitimate commissions.
I was working with 3SNET and promoting their offers, including Rexbet, GGbet and Megapari.
3SNET suddenly suspended my entire affiliate account after claiming that fraudulent traffic had been detected on the Rexbet offer. I am not against a legitimate traffic investigation, but 3SNET has failed to provide me with any proper evidence, detailed traffic report, or clear explanation proving the alleged fraud.
What is even more concerning is that 3SNET has also withheld my payments related to other offers, including GGbet and Megapari, without providing any proper explanation as to why legitimate commissions from unrelated campaigns are being withheld.
I have repeatedly contacted 3SNET and requested clarification regarding the alleged fraud, the account suspension and my outstanding payments. However, they have stopped responding to my messages.
This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional for an affiliate network.
3SNET publicly presents itself as a CPA network providing regular payments and partner support, so I expect the same level of transparency and professional communication when there is a dispute.
I am therefore requesting an independent review of this case and asking 3SNET to:
1. Provide the actual evidence and detailed report supporting the fraudulent traffic allegation on Rexbet.
2. Explain why my entire affiliate account was suspended.
3. Provide a complete statement of my outstanding commissions for Rexbet, GGbet and Megapari.
4. Explain why legitimate commissions from other offers are being withheld.
5. Pay all legitimate commissions that are not proven to be affected by fraudulent traffic.
I have attached screenshots and relevant communication as evidence of my attempts to resolve this matter directly with 3SNET.
The main issue is not simply the account suspension. The serious concern is the lack of evidence, withholding of legitimate payments, and complete failure to communicate with the affiliate after the dispute arose.
