First it was weekend payment that got knock on the head in July 2013:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57890&p=568254#post568254

Of course not too many people swallowed the UK bank excuse... Instead it seemed like a ploy to hold pending withdrawals, knowing a % of players WILL reverse their winnings and subsequently lose. Win Win for 32Red et al.

Well I just went to flush $900 and was told... We have new processing rules which came into affect in December 2014. I never received that email, why? Becuase apprently it wasn't sent. Instead 32Red management decided to not inform players and just wait for players to withdrawal funds and then drop this bomb on them.

Doesn't matter if you've been a loyal VIP for years or your a low roller... This rule is across the board :mad::mad:

Before this I could flush Friday and payment would be made Friday afternoon.

Now... 32Red Players have to withdrawal before Thursday 4pm to receive winnings Friday. Otherwise withdrawals are not paid until the Monday Gibraltar time.

Food for thought... Guts and BetAtCasino pay winnings within 2 hours? They are Microgaming too... BUT seems 32Red Plc is now all about trying to stop players from withdrawing their winnings.

They were once the best online casino around, now well they aren't. It's that simple!

they must feel the competition and have been in bed with CM for decades....affiliates are not really tempted to market this brand with testimonials.

I ended up contacting payments, where in the past my account had the privilage to requests instant payments. They also confirmed this NEW withdrawal proccess and also addede that flushing been discontinued too. Meaning your withdrawal sits in a 24 hour pending period.

Not being told all this and maybe because I'm a VIP, they decided to pay my winnings to Neteller today. Which was appreicated.

However these new processing terms are horrid and I think it's about time they updated the 32Red casino site by removing all the Hot Air about their fast payments and 24 Hour payments/withdrawals. Clearly this information is misleading, false and untrue!

32red.com/about_us/32red-philosophy---a-mission-to-thrill.html

When you win at 32Red Online Casino we don't want you waiting to claim your winnings. You deserve your money as soon as possible so we will not delay in processing your payments. Dale and his team are dedicated in making sure payments are processed quickly and efficiently.

32red.com/banking/banking-and-security-at-32red.html
At 32Red Online Casino we strive to give you the best gaming experience in the business. This means making sure you can purchase chips as easily as possible and, more importantly, helping you to withdraw your winnings quickly and without fuss.

32red.com/about_us/profile_ed.html (CEO)
Our players will get the fastest payouts
  • 24 Hour pending withdrawals (flushing has been cancelled - December 2014)
  • Weekend payments cancelled (July 2013)
  • Cut off point Thursday 4pm, paid Friday. Otherwise no payment till Monday (if public holiday, paid Tuesday - added December 2014)
How are these new processing rules, helping players receive their winnings quickly, without fuss...

Lets use Easter as an example:
  • Good Friday - no payments
  • Saturday - no payments
  • Easter Sunday - no payments
  • Monday - no payments
  • Tuesday - winnings paid
Five (5) days to receive winnings to web-wallets etc etc (wires probably 6+ days).

How is any of this considered "fastest payouts"

I've just signed up to these guys, hopefully it will go smoothly but looking through these forums I can see most affiliate programs will have some issues. I've always been under the impression of bigger the brand the better the affiliate network but I'm now seeing this is not the case.

It's absolutely NOT the case!
Some of the biggest brands are the WORST to work with in fact - they are so big they don't give a rats-arse about a few "small-time" affiliates.
On top of that, because they are "household names" who advertise on TV, it's VERY hard to convert new players.
For that reason, I no longer work with the likes of Will Hills, 888, BetFarts, Party, Victor Chandler, etc...
And do crap-all with Ladbrokes (since they sold out to Playtech), Bet365, Paddy Power, BetFred, etc...

In fact, 32Red is the exception to the rule; I have somehow managed to do very well with them and I think they are one of the best programs out there.
The only recent blot on their copy-book, is their blatant stealing of affiliate's UK Go Wild clickers. :(

I think they are one of the best programs out there.

BUT are they good for players?
You seem to take affiliates to count, with those who work with programs, slow paying casino. So I'm somewhat surprise by your comment. For one they've dropped the ball with their "player first" philosphy. By not only cancelled flushing BUT also have implimented a minimum 24 hour hold on all withdrawals.

Best Case Scenario - a player who makes a widthrawal by 4pm Monday (Gib Time) is paid to web wallet in 24 hours.

Worst Case Scenario - a player withdrawals after 4pm Thursday (Gib Time) and doesn't receive their winnings till @ least Monday. And, Tuesday if it's a bank holiday.
Four (4) days + 24 hour withdrawal on hold, that's five (5) days to be paid the web wallet or six (6) days total if Monday is a public holiday.

Clearly 32Red have adopted a proceedure where players who win there money fair-and- square, are being penalised for winning, so there winnings are tied up, in hope, they'll reverse it.

Not such an issue with a 24 hour pending withdrawal time frame. However it a HUGE pitfall if a player is waiting four (4) days.

Reiterating, you attack other affiliates for working with programs, where their casinos pay players slowly. Yet here it seems your happy to look the other way, to what is clearly 32RED Plc playing funny buggers with winners cash...just sayin.

start with programs that are a good match for your traffic. Use a little math. Its all about the numbers, nothing more. Research those.

Do I? Where?

I always say it is up to players to decide - if they don't like the cash-out speed they should go elsewhere.
Casinos who deliberately drag-out withdrawals unnecessarily (e.g. for weeks or months) is a different matter.

I do agree with you though that it is very disappointing for 32Red to have gone this way :(
My last withdrawal from them was made on Friday Feb-27th, but it didn't hit my Neteller account until Monday March-2nd.
That wont stop me personally playing there though.
