250k deposit with only 1.5% earnings

Thank you for reading my question. I do promote new casino, 40% deal. You can see daily results for this month (november). Earnings are 1.5% from total deposits. In october (first month i did promote) it was same result, 1.5%. Isn't it strange that it is so low? I mean every day the earnings are close to 0. You might think there are days of -2k or +3k or something like that. See the day of 16.500 euro deposit and only 3 euro earnings. This can't be coincidence, right?

The casino affiliate manager explained to me a big player is not winning and loosing that much so the results look very dissapointing and it will be better in december. But now october and november are both 'only' 1.5% with a total deposit amount of 250.000 euro.

I don't have more stats, only clicks, new players, deposits, deposit amount and earnings. I don't know what is casino/sportbook ratio.

1) what do you think about this stats?
2) what can i do to clear this issue?

If they are only converting 1.5% of deposits into commissions in your pocket, my advice is to stop sending players to that brand.

That is ridiculously low.

If these numbers come from only one player, then it is very even possible. This player makes a deposit, loses it and then wins his monies back from the following deposits, and it constantly repeats. However, in the end, he still loses a tiny bit. But if these stats come from many players deposits, then there is obviously something not right, unless there is one very big player and others are very small ones.

Ask your AM about what games are mostly played.

I feel very bad of this stats. I will ask. But it is every day the same. Max 500 euro earnings with 10k deposits a day. I don't know what to do? Aren't we as affiliate protected (sorry for my bad english). Do we have rights? Where can i find help? I want to know what to do. Till now 300k deposit and 5000 euro earnings. What you're not naming the casino? There's nothing wrong with that. Usually it is a good practice to provide more details when one asks for help.

I see this quite a lot on several brands. Massive deposits in total but small commission. I know it doesn't have to be anything fishy about it, but since the transparency is next to none and the trust level close to zero, it makes me believe something fishy could very well be going on.

We need more transparency in this industry. It's a massive problem.

You have the power here, explain that you're not happy with the results and you're going to send your traffic elsewhere. If they want they can send you more information that might explain things, but do yourself a favour and be smart with who you work with.

We can help you more and maybe put some pressure on the program if you would name them. Maybe someone can help you better if we knew who you were talking about.

This stats is definitely way beyond standard deviation. Not impossible, but should definitely name the affiliate program.

For me 25% comms vs deposits is good.. 10-15% is average under that and I would be switching the program out for another.

How long have you been in this industry? How old is your site? Do you send lots of depositing players to this casino?

I'm just guessing, but if you're new to the industry and don't send heaps of players every month, then this is probably one player skewing your stats.
