Body:
Hello AGD Community,
I am writing to share a clear case of suspicious player activity that seems to be a systematic tool used to wipe out affiliate commissions right before settlement. I have documented a specific player's behavior (Player ID: 1547167) over the past few days, and the data is statistically impossible in any fair gaming environment.
The Facts:
Zero Deposit Profits: On Feb 19, the player generated nearly $1,000 in profit while having a Total Deposit of $0.00 for the entire day.
The 60-Minute Spike: I captured real-time screenshots showing the player’s profit jumping from $574.25 at 9:01 PM to $991.34 at 10:08 PM. That is a $417 profit increase in just one hour without any new funds being deposited.
Strategic Timing: These massive "wins" consistently occur at the end of the week, ensuring my commission balance remains negative or zero before the Sunday payout.
Company Profit Impact:
This single player caused a -$1,003.76 impact on the "Companies' profit" column, which effectively cancels out all profits from my other legitimate players.
I have reached out to support multiple times with these screenshots, but they have gone silent. I am looking for advice from the community and the AGD team on how to handle this "Ghost Player" pattern.
Evidence Attached: (Please find the 3 screenshots attached showing the timeline of the spikes).
