1st Partners - Beonbet, SlotRush - Unpaid Commissions since November 2025

1st Partners - Beonbet, SlotRush

We've been partners with 1st Partners (Beonbet) for a while now. They've always had issues with the timing of affiliate payments (commissions), however, they've always completed the payments eventually until now.

Starting from November 2025, they've stopped paying the outstanding invoices and here's how their official reasoning, which has been provided by different affiliate managers - Marina, Ayrat - sounds since then:

"We have restructuring process in finance department, so that’s why payments take so longer, but anyway we will sort it out".

Then I even have received an official timeline regarding when the payment was expected:

"I’ve received an update regarding the payment schedule. We are currently finalizing our restructuring process, and payments are scheduled to start being processed in April 15–25.

At this stage, I’m unable to confirm an exact payment date for your specific balance, but your payments are included in the upcoming processing schedule, and I will do my best to make your bill paid in the beginning of this process.".

The last communication between me and Ayrat was made today, 15th of May, 2026. When I asked about the latest update, this is the response I have received:

"Hello, we are still waiting for updates. We have some movements regarding technical access and unblock wallets on finance side. But I don't have exact terms for resolving all the situation and fully understand your position. The company is going through a difficult period that has been going on for some time, but management is doing everything possible to get back on track and continue operating as usual. We will fulfill all financial obligations and will not refuse to pay."

Thus, we're starting the legal process against them, however, I'd also like to warn other affiliates like us to avoid having any business relationship with the company "ZOSMA LLC" (maybe the name of the company has changed in the meantime).

I'm also attaching the screenshots of the above-mentioned conversations and the outstanding invoices to this review.
