On 26th March 2019, 188Bet.co.uk (Annatar Limited), will withdraw from offering bets to players in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and Ireland.
The decision is a commercial one, in what has proved to be a very competitive marketplace.
Annatar Limited is solvent and fully able to meet all its financial obligations.
We will manage the closure of our UK business and settlement of any Affiliate Program commissions in an orderly manner.
In accordance with our Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, we hereby give you 7 days written notice of termination your enrolment in our Program.
You must promptly, within 48 hours, remove all trade marks, text, artwork/imagery, banners, hyperlinks, tags/references and any other content regarding 188BET.co.uk from your website.
You are reminded, upon termination:
- All rights and licenses granted to you as Affiliate shall terminate immediately.
- You will be entitled to unpaid commission fees, if any, earned prior to the date of termination. There will be no referral fees occurring after the date of termination.
- If you have failed to fulfil your obligations and responsibilities, we will not pay any referral fees otherwise owed on termination.
- We will continue to make monthly commissions payments on the 20th of each month, with the final payment being made on or before 31st July 2019.
- We may withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid to you. We will however aim to pay any outstanding commissions on or before 31 July 2019.
- You must return to us any confidential information (and all copies of confidential information) in your possession, custody and control.
- Termination of our agreement does not relieve you from any liability arising from any breach which occurred prior to termination.
