Okay, so we just got informed today that our account's will remain suspended with Bet365 according to their compliance policy in the UK market. In short, we didn't manage to answer in time due to our own miscommunication, despite the fact that we were fully compliant with their terms at all times.
After reaching out for say a month or two, I find it as quiet a paradox that they are so strict with their own deadlines, yet they didn't live up to their own ones that they put. 4 different dates we got where we were promised a response. Nothing. Their only reaction to this is "yeah, we have a lot of other applications to look through as well". Well guess what, then don't put a date on your response that you can't live up to?
Who else had their account terminated and just sees this as Bet365 looking for a vague excuse to make this move?
