Bet365 paradox

Okay, so we just got informed today that our account's will remain suspended with Bet365 according to their compliance policy in the UK market. In short, we didn't manage to answer in time due to our own miscommunication, despite the fact that we were fully compliant with their terms at all times.

After reaching out for say a month or two, I find it as quiet a paradox that they are so strict with their own deadlines, yet they didn't live up to their own ones that they put. 4 different dates we got where we were promised a response. Nothing. Their only reaction to this is "yeah, we have a lot of other applications to look through as well". Well guess what, then don't put a date on your response that you can't live up to? ;)

Who else had their account terminated and just sees this as Bet365 looking for a vague excuse to make this move?

My account got suspended last month for 6 days, after this I removed all Bet365 promotional material and await instructions on what I can and can’t do.

Just respond to their dates and be compliant.

I do know of people that have had their contracts terminated but B365 have vouched to pay them as promised for a lifetime.

Hopefully we’ll be back on track soon!

At least they are not just shutting affiliates down which is a nice touch. They also promise to let affiliates promote again and keep earnings and any new earnings will be paid out still.

BUT i am sure somewhere in all the email correspondence that it said as soon an affiliate was 100% compliant and up to date then payments and promoting could carry on. I will try find it and post.

I have just done my THIRD lot of updates today, to try to satisfy their punitive demands.
Hope I pass this time, because frankly it hardly seems worth the bother.

I'm with you on this one. The following day we received an E-mail that we were now allowed to promote them under strict terms that they listed in 15 steps. The previous day our account was terminated. Not sure what to believe at this point. I just followed along.

Got an email from Jon Ball saying that my account will be terminated if I don't send the confirmation that I understand and accept he new Policy.

So, after pulling out all Bet365's banners and links from all my English websites, on 17.12 I have sent an email to Jon Ball to let him know that I have read the new Policy and that I don't have any website promoting Bet365 at the moment, except from one Italian website promoting the AAMS licensed version of the casino.

Got back the automatic replay, so just to be sure that Jon get my message, I even sent him a SMS text.

On Monday night, do to the fact that I didn't get any answer, I sent him another email asking about my previous one but no answer so far.

Does anyone have another valid email address where I send my messages, because if they don't get my confirmation until 5th of Jan 2018, my account will be closed for ever.

I can't provide you with such thing. However, we were put in more or less the same situation as you, and if I recall correct, they said that they will monitor through your sites to see if you are compliant, and if changes still needs to be made, you will be notified. In other words, you might as well just claim to be complaint and await orders, rather than to have no one to reply to and on paper look like you didn't respond at all. We did the same thing, as we don't have a response from our contact either. That is the best tip of advice I can provide at the very least. BR

My contact is Laura . Clarke at Bet365 .com - she has replied to all my e-mails - maybe try her?

On a personal note, I just got approval of my changes and so I should be good to go with them from now on.

Your account was reopened even if you didn't got any approval replay from them?

Technically, they have nothing to approve because at the moment I don't have any banner and links pointing to Bet365 (EN version).

Your account will remain locked until they took the final decision, but meanwhile you have showed to follow along their instructions. Our account is still locked as well while we wait for the reply that KK got.
