TBH being able to take payments before verifying identity was a bit scammy. Frozen funds on the back of account verifications is one of the biggest player complaints out there.

If you do decide to start from scratch and you're relying on search traffic initially don't expect anything exciting to happen for at least 12 months. You have to go into it with a long term approach - almost like an investor. People might post that you need to find your niche and dominate it...

Not really surprising. The majority have already jumped ship completely and it's not like there's much tax incentive to keep operations in the UK. I guess there's some kind of moral duty here but opinions will be split on that one.

OMFG don't get me started on Coinbase customer support. I had £10k in limbo with them for about 3 months at one point. Luckily haven't needed to deal with their support team since so fingers crossed next time they'll be a SIGNIFICANT improvement.
