Same issue here - no replies and nothing, for very long time already. No replies, no payments - nothing. It's not much but still, stay away from their brands.

Trying to find where I can send PM, either the UX here sucks, I'm too tired or there's no option for me to send private messages! Have you tried to get your commissions through AGD? Seems like earlier thread was resolved just this year so maybe it's just matter of getting the message to right...

We have unpaid commissions from long period which we invoiced about 1,5 months ago. No payment, no response to multiple emails since then. Just a heads up for others and hopefully someone from this forum could contact them regarding the issue.

Payment was received and all clear. Suprnation handled this relatively well after all.

Can confirm their reply as well. And to Suprnation's defense, they actually had paid me in the past and the unpaid amount was lower than I initially thought. I'm certain that they'll handle this now and will confirm once I get my payment.

I got reply back from Vera. She told me they are on it and will get back to me - as well as you - once she get reply from finance. Let's hope this all gets sorted out.

I got originally 1 reply from Vera asking what's our affiliate username, but no reply since. And this has happened multiple times, I've contacted Vera, she is quick to reply at first, but then nothing and I've just left it at that. I'll try to send Vera one more email to see if I get any response.

Do you have any contact for them who might be able to handle such issues?

Just want to update that still haven't heard anything regarding my case from Suprnation.

We've had a lot of issues with unpaid commissions and lack of responses over few years with Suprnation. Total amount of unpaid commissions is now few K's and I just can't get hold of anyone there who would take care of the issues. Any ideas?

I'm having same issues. Not paying, not responding. Been going on over a year now, total amount currently over 4000 euros. If anyone knows any contact who could finally handle this let me know.
