After the new management admitted that the program, in 2015, stole my strongest players (which resulted in a loss of $xxx.xxx in losses on my side), they are now planning to rename their affiliate program and do a complete relaunch.
Careful though - the AM who vowed to improve the program and...
Unless the website "advertises" that it's selling blog post links you should be ok. Stay away from sites and sellers when you can see that the sole purpose of the site is to sell links. There's a lot of those out there. Just post "WTB gambling links" in any of the affiliate forums, and they will...
I know, but they have some good sites there. And once you have ordered a few links, they will change your status and you can see the domains before booking. If you are seriously interested in some high-DA sites (non-gambling though), I have a guy who has a long list of sites he can publish on...
Seedingup, for one. Although honestly I do prefer to do business directly with members from the affiliate community.
Also, links from non-gambling sites can have value as well. IMHO it is all a matter of finding the right mix.
If you just start out now, in today's market you may have to go for a niche. Pick something that you can write real good content for, and lots of it. Make sure that you have a low percentage of articles for keywords that make you money, and a high percentage that serves the reader more than it...

There are tons of sites out there where you can buy links, blog posts etc. Just be careful that they cannot be infiltrated by Google - they have been known to sign up at a site and harvest the URLs of sites that put up links for sales.
The main issue with Ahrefs is that their standard plan has limits which make it useless (at least for me). The $179 plan would be my choice but I think that price is way too high. That said, I find Ahrefs has the best keyword research tool.
Stay away from Lottoelite and TheLotter. I have done business with them for 10 years before I decided do become an operator in the lottery industry myself (redfoxlotto.com and redfoxaffiliates.com).
Lottoelite stole huge amounts of money from me (the new management even admitted that my...
Older post, but I feel I should still post this: Be careful with Lottoelite! Two years back, my monthly revenues went down from $9k (after being in the $5k range for over two years before that) to under $2k. Tried to talk to them, but of course they did nothing wrong. Happened to be at the exact...
