Though i got revert from them today, saying the same thing.
"Apcopay our payment provider has a backoffice/dashbaord issues since October 1st and we cannot access it for a weeks to make a sattlment. payments to the partners will be done as soon as possible when we get access to the funds. "
Guys, anybody working with Chillistakes brand (https://chilistakes.com/en/). We are started working with them in Sep'25 with test ftds , All were approved. Invoice Sent. Now they are saying they are having problem with their payment backoffice dashboard issue.
Did they pay to any other...

Actually to give an update on the situation, Their Head of Affiliates Ally, just reverted to me yesterday. It seems everything is almost sorted now.
So i would say NO RedFlag for now.. haha
Yes you are right, There can be different reasons. BUT i am being keeping my patience since 2nd of october.. I have texted them few times but haven't heard them back.. All the messages are seen still no update!! That's a bit rude TBH.
