Hi, long term reader first time poster!

I want to warn everyone about a company called gambling affiliation.

I was approached over a year ago by one of their account managers Daniel Telling about sending them traffic for various campaigns they had running for online sportsbooks and casinos. Everything started off ok but now I'm still waiting to be paid for money I earnt last September. They are hiding behind a clause in their terms and conditions that they won't pay you until they are paid by the companies themselves however they give you no proof of this and it seems very strange that I'm owed money from two different campaigns and they both happen to have not paid them since last September. I have also reached out to other affiliates of theirs and surprise surprise they are also waiting to be paid under the same excuse but have been working on different campaigns so it seems either this company is just full of lies or they simply can't get any company to pay them, either way neither scenario is good if you are sending them traffic!

In terms of contacting them good luck! They have a company phone number that is almost never answered. On the one occasion I got an answer the person on the phone told me that if it was about payment I needed to contact my account manager who tells me himself 'do you really think I have any control over when you get paid?'

In short, if you like getting paid for work you have done then avoid this company like the plague. I will amend this post if and when I receive payment from them but I won't be holding my breath.

And this is exactly why most affiliates should just connect with programs directly OR, make friends in the industry and partner up as a sub-affiliate of a known affiliate who has a reputation to protect in the affiliate community here at AGD and/or GPWA.

In theory it makes sense to bundle small affiliates into one bigger portal because then nobody has to worry about minimum deposit quotas and low RS %.
But in practice I've yet to find a reputable master program that I could use, so I go direct and try to limit myself to few selected programs.

The problem with bundling sites like this is that they own the cutomers, the small affiliate can never get them back, and on top of that, these are almost always corporate entities... Corporations that "go bankrupt", "get bought out", or somehow always manage to find a way to sever the deals.

Hell, Poker Affiliate Solutions screwed over hundreds of small affiliates, maybe thousands, when they sold out. I remember looking over their database and ToS... it was built in. The players were theirs. They could sell and the new owner had zero liability to the existing contracts. Poof, insta-profit. In retrospect, I should have bought it and laughed all the way to the bank but I couldn't bring myself to do it :(
