We recently launched http://powerplay.com/affiliates and are keen to know what affiliates want from a new brand?

At LAC last month the general feeling was crazy CPA amounts or Hybrid deals, we assume this is because we are a new brand but would like to know the thoughts of AGD members.

Hybrid in combination with a flat fee to set-up.

Too many programs that go rogue, cease, do not perform, etc.

Flat rate rev-share all the way for me... but it must be at least 40% of NGR, lifetime with no quotas and no NCO.
There also have to be NO HIDDEN FEES or crazy high admins fees.

Once I start sending whales, I am making that copmany money no matter what I do with FTP or NDP, I should be entitled to the earnings that I sent, since they are getting the exact same benefits. When I sign a contact saying Revshare for Life, I expect it to mean something. Once I start making them decent money, I expect to be treated well. This is not unusual in any other business, I don't see why online companies seem to think that they can just fuck affiliates over because we aren't "brokers" or "agents". We do the exact same fucking job, and we deserve respect.

I'd go with a CPA as until we get working together I don't know you and therefore don't trust you beyond today.
