WATCH MY STATS DROP!

I titled this thread "Watch my stats drop" because that is what I predict will happen. It is now December 29th, 2009. 8:07am PST.

Here are my current months stats at Gambling Wages for Cool Cat Casino.

I plan on taking a screenshot many times a day for the next day and a half until the month closes.

Shall we take bets on what will happen to my earnings between now and then?
As a disclaimer... we do not promote these casinos. There has never been a banner that I know of for these casinos up at our site. However........... because we run a forum that is mostly based on the newest no deposit casino bonuses, and other casino bonuses, we encourage our members to share offers they find elsewhere that our members might also be eligible for.

Of course we have members that post free chip codes for Gambling Wages casinos as well as all other casinos. We don't tell members what casinos they can post about. But we do try and always post under any post for a Gambling Wages Casino (or any rogue casino) to the effect of "Please only use this coupon like fun money/fun play. We don't recommend depositing here and would suggest you use your hard earned money that you decide to deposit with for a more reputable casino like iNetBet, Club World, Casino 33, Mainstreet, etc."

We also have all these casinos listed in our Rogue Casino area. But affiliate links are linked in some places where the casinos are mentioned, therefore we have picked up some players over the years.

21K earnings from a program you don't actively promote (discourage even) is impressive, Daera!

Hope you get to see your money...

I'm surely not expecting to see any money like the stats are showing. It's really not about the money... because this is not money I expected or counted on, nor do I ever, from this program. I'm curious to see how they decide to handle this. It seems they're insinuating to me that there is a negative carryover policy. It doesn't look that way, and I never knew this if so.

Apparently a player won over $35k in November. So wouldn't you think that a month later, now it's the end of December, that any player who won $35k would have either A) requested a cashout sometime during the month, or B) lost it all back after a month of play? People do lose winnings back to casinos all the time. But usually they lose it all back fairly quickly I thought. This makes me think the casino didn't do right by this player. This player probably did try and cashout something. And because of the lengthy, bs cashout ordeal, never got anything. If that's what happened, that's really sad. I would really like to know the truth about what happened to this player.

It seems with big wins like this, this group has the system down pat when it comes to making sure the money doesn't leave their hands.

Obviously by my stats, there's nothing impressive of my doing. I think there is something really stinky going on. We'll see.

I doubt you will get the rev.share as displayed as you said their money policy is tight.......manager credits/corrections..............only 2000 in deposits and they have to pay you 10 fold......I hope you will get paid though. ;D

Note : the money won belongs to the player if he cashes out, I doubt he will be able to........???

$21K
Jeeeeze it takes me many MONTHS to earn that from ALL my casinos combined!

I hope you don't get paid - Nothing personal, but if you do, other webmasters might think it's a good idea to start promoting these thieving scumbags.
Thanks for posting though - interesting stuff!

An update -

I spoke to the GW management in length. They gave me the full history of this player and his transactions. I jumped the gun a little due to other people's opinions of GW and their associated casinos.

I feel confident that no player withdrawals were denied or purposely held, which was my major concern. I just didn't think it was fair that it was lose/lose for the player and affiliate and apologize if this was construed any differently. I wasn't looking to get paid on a player who lost his casino winnings but the lack of transparency and clarity in their stats system is what irked me the most. I have been told this will soon be corrected nevertheless.

I Find your statements to be very interesting...
if you do not recommend your members playing at gambling wages casinos then why are you an affiliate. you say you dont promote gambling wages, but you have a screenshot of your stats!!
why the need for an affiliate account.
I have heard alot of BS in this business but this takes the cake. why don't you just have members post the URL to the casinos.

if you weren't interested in making any money from these thieves you wouldn't need an affiliate account.....now would you?

Last week Gambling Wages enacted a retroactive high roller clause because of this. (Thread here.)

I figured they would flood the account with bonus cash at the end of the month; I guess they chose to rewrite the T&Cs instead.

So, one way or another, they'll make sure you won't get the money, even though you are fully entitled to it under the T&Cs you originally signed up under.

Once again Gambling Wages has shown their true colors.

1st off, haven't we all signed up for an affiliate program that we promoted early in our careers to find out later that they might not be worth promoting? i know i have and still have the gambling wages aff account. i don't really promote them anymore, but i'm not gonna close down and throw away any signups i got over 4 years ago. That would be stupid, those players are gonna play there whether i do that or not, and if they are still playing there from 4 years ago, and haven't figured out they are not worth playing at, then either they treating those players ok, or they are just not smart enough to figure it out.

none the less, i've been using the same login at other aff accounts so i can still login to my gambling wages account. I just felt you came off a little harsh on this girl, and i believe she no longer promotes them. just because we still have a look from time to time(mostly for giggles for me) doesn't mean we didn't come to realize that maybe we shouldn't promote them. I'm not gonna go back to some of my old sites and remove every banner from every post, not worth my time.

Hi Dmoney,

I don't believe I was being to harsh on Darea, who has been around for over 10 years, and the stats are from last month. her screenshot is active stats for the month of 12/09 which she has new sign ups.

I don't have a forum right now but when I did I did NOT Promote Gambling wages, you wouldn't find any banners or text links with my affiliation.

if you really want to protect your members you wouldn't allow any posting of there codes or links to there sites.
and to your question should I remove all rouge banners on my site, no of course not. but to then come here and complain that they didn't pay you, is crazy. you can close your account or delete it.

I too, have a ton of programs I signed up to promote ... for one reason or another .. ended up not choosing to promote them. They still get a little traffic oddly enough, though I don't think I even have any of their links up.

I always credited the google cache page for traffic to places I no longer promote.
