Wagering requirements Casino Creed

Before I start with the review on this casino I'd like your feedback please. The casinos wagering requirements is a bit excessive to me and might not sit well with many players.

I've received this info from Nicolas Fleiderman:

Bonus breakdown: Casino Creed

1) First deposit bonus: 100% up to £500 has 80 times the deposit amount as wagering requirements, all games contribute towards the wagering requirements and they have 1 month of expiration, the min deposit is $20.

2) Second deposit bonus: 50% up to £100 has 80 times the deposit amount as wagering requirements, all games contribute towards the wagering requirements and they have 1 month of expiration, the min deposit is $20.

That's actually pretty LOW... because it says ALL games are allowed at 100% in WR.
Their Blackjack could have a HA lower than 0.5% (I haven't checked) which would make the bonus very +EV for players. (Any HA below 1.25% would be +EV)

However, I noticed this discrepancy in their T&Cs:
"100% of bets placed on any real or flash casino will contribute to the 80 times (the bonus granted) wagering requirement. * "
There is no explanation anywhere as to why that * is there...
