VJ not paying and not answering e-mails... :(

Anyone else having problems?

I got an e-mail on July-1st saying my payment had been made into my player account - but it wasn't.
I e-mailed them on July-2nd (payments @ VJaffiliates.com)... no reply.
As of today (July 6th); still no reply and still no payment...

That's odd -- I was in touch with Franco earlier today. I sent him an email this morning and he replied within an hour.

Franco replied very quickly and everything is fine now.

It was a combination of two factors:
a) I thought that the e-mail I got on July the 1st meant the payment had already been processed and put into my player account. It was not clear that it just meant that the process had started, and that I wouldn't actually receive the money until near the 20th of the month.

b) A problem with my Spam Filter meant that their reply to my chasing e-mail may have been completely deleted in error.
