Hi, was wondering if its good to use any additional tags on affiliate links such as Sponsored or NoFollow, does it hurt SEO to have it just a plain affiliate link?

Play it safe and use tags like:
Sponsored = afflinks
Nofollow = t&c links

Pure afflinks/trackers is a nono - If you do not know how to 301/302 links nicly via for example .htaccess, there are several plugins for this.

Also, affiliatetrackers tend to 301 to the actual url/casino so there are NO benefits in SEO to have them visible. Conversions is also better when having /goto/casinoname instead of trackurl/id?1234#parameter etc.
