We have been struggling for months to get in touch with the owner of Black Bear, which was the last time we received any payments. Despite multiple emails to Christian, we have received no resolution. To make matters worse, our account was blocked when we requested payment, and we still cannot reach anyone from Black Bear.
Payments have been outstanding since July 2025, and repeated attempts to get answers, feedback, or any assistance from their admin department have failed.
