After the official investigation uncovered ‘social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures’ the UKGC regulator issued a fine of £672,829 ($742,625) against the locally-licensed operator behind GGPoker.co.uk online poker domains, NSUS Limited.
The operator was also criticized for failing to ensure steps that would prevent potentially dangerous marketing materials from being sent to self-excluded customers.
