The promotion of services for land-based and online gaming operators could soon be severely limited. As part of an effort to help create a safer player environment, the Gambling Act 2005 will be evaluated for effectiveness. The analysis will be conducted by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
