Okay, I have finally decided to sell this website, although if it doesn't go in next couple of days I'll likely change my mind and crack on with it!!
I don't want to spread myself too thin, so am focusing on just 1 site which was the plan for 2018! Then I found this in my hosting which has been neglected...and though hmmm
For all those who look on the negatives:
It is NOT a new site. It has been redesigned and a lot of content added over past week as I was going to work on it a lot.
What's it about?
It was quite specific to a certain game, and being honest wasn't touched for a number of Years. It is however an authority site for the casino game in question.
Site is around 7 Years old.
The site had no analytics until, a few days ago, and no live affiliate links until a few days ago (1 casino sign-up so far).
I have done a lot of work on the appearance over the past few days, added some great features and content that is also ranking very well for good money terms.
This isn't your usual rubbish, with a bit of link building and more content this will be a big earning site.
Analytics been on for 1 week and has 240 sessions`, 160 new users.
May not seem a lot but is a very good ranking for the genre. Ranking will improve now also after some on page seo and a 301 just done yesterday.

Serious offers only, but in all honesty I'm not sure what I would take for it, so try me although no offers in the hundreds please, that's not acceptable.
