The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has hit two affiliates, Equinox Dynamic and Domiseda, with a €1.8 million penalty for providing illegal gambling activities without the necessary authorization. It has also been confirmed that both operators lacked age verification. As such, the KSA has made it clear that they are serious about ensuring that online gambling activities are conducted within the legal framework.
