SweetSpot Affiliates not paying affiliates (unresolved) - RESOLVED

Hi,

So we have ran multiple affiliate accounts through sweetspot for years, and never had a problem with them until recently.

They have not paid commisions in 3 months, and we have a outstanding amount of 2400 EURO (ish)

We heard that they have some issues with their current money status, which is bad for all affiliates.

Im seeking some clarity in what is happening as we cant get any replies from their affiliate manager, and they keep pushing things over like its the banks holding payment or some stuff.
