Is that really true, Ocportal? I've haven't had much cause to contact them directly so am asking out of interest.

I had to contact them 2 times, both because of payment delays, no response came unless a public post was made + I noticed more people experiencing the same issue with them. Those are the things that lead to this conclusion.
