Standard deduction for affiliate payment

I have seen a lot of different deductions regarding affiliate payments with casino affiliate programs.
What is standard deduction in your opinion ?

0 -15 is ok imo.
Grey market programs usually deduct more.
EGO btw deduct insane numbers.

25 total is probably the limit, though some have 0 deduction .,. if a brand has a good retention team and marketing to improve conversions and value, then a little higher is warranted.. if they just take and dont invest back then not worth it.. in the end i look at how much i earn per a brand instead of the %.. i might lose more % at one place but make 2 times more actual revenue .. so would you rather have more money or more %?

That's the smart way to do it
But many affiliate are solely focused on the %...

25% is ok for me. If it is pure crypto casino then it should be lower.
