Hi,

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest starting with a twitter account, and start following as many people as possible. and you can also start a facebook blog, which will help get your content out.

I think with social bookmarking, there are two types. The first type is purely bookmarking (you submit your site manually to social bookmarking sites, or pay someone to do this for you). This is a type of link building.

The second type is to have a blog or news item, and you submit articles to social bookmarking sites.
