Simsino Partners not paying - RESOLVED

We are having major issues with getting over 2.5K euros from Simsino partners.

Our oldest unpaid invoice is from October 2022.

They have been replying to us every now and then, especially when we threaten them with going public.

1.5 weeks ago they sent us a "payment confirmation", which seems a bit tricky, hard not to guess, we did not receive any payment.

Anyone else facing similar issues?

We haven't heard from them since January 23 when they gave us new invoicing details. Total ghosting since then and obviously no payments have been made.

We sent a reminder email, since no response from the representatives came in so far.

The greatness of the brand is diminished by poor service...

The brand only convert in DE for us. But new DE sign ups are closed for all Gammix Ltd brands since 1 month now.

I suspect there is a threat to old sign-ups if new ones are closed.

Since we never heard back from the representatives we will mark this case unresolved. In case we receive some updates, we will re-open the complaint and assist further.

Has anyone heard anything from Simsino? Just thinking about blacklisting and removing it from everywhere.

Still no payment in our case. Our account manager Daniel is unresponsive. Stay away from this casino.
