I have been having problems for a long time now with Royal Club, so I decided to write a feedback, because it is quite disappointing what they are doing, not respecting your partnership.
Around february 2012 I noticed my last month CPA was not paid to me. Before that I have received CPA to my Moneybookers account once. I wrote them an email, Dan Varley at support replied that he needs my Wire transfer details. I asked then why he needs it, because they always sent me cash by Moneybookers, he didn't write any reply to that, no payment was sent.
Recently I had several depositors, I asked him on Skype about the situation, why I never receive my CPA, he told me again he needs my wire transfer details. I asked why, he told me this is their only payment method. Well, after 2 years I finally got an answer, what a pity they didn't notify me about it in email. In the affiliate account it is also not mentioned, several other payment methods can be chosen. It is also not mentioned there that though 2 years ago there was no limit for payments, now the minimum limit is 300$. They never sent me a notification about it. But at least after being uncertain for 2 years, he gave a reply.
I asked him then about if it is possible to put my account on revenue share. He told me yes, and he reported me that from the beginning of May my account is on revenue share, and I get the earnings accoarding tot hat. I had 2 new depositors this month. No share. The account is still showing CPA, and no comission is shown. Great.
I will wait for his answer to this, if I get a ridiculous one I will have my account closed there. What an ignorant service.
