Thats my site, i have a few questions.
1. would you do the ''call to action'' different?
2. most of my traffic comes from FB ADS to the blog page, would you change anything there?
3. any of you runs a Telegram group?

Yes most definitely, its very old fashioned to have anything flashing like that imo.

Yep, you'll get shut down as soon as bet365 see it. You also have zero content anywhere, no proper title tags either. So if I were you I would start all over again with a different domain and do some research into SEO and check out all the useful tips and advice on here about how to make a good affiliate site.

At first, I would skip all that background video, parallax nonsense.
It's killing your page load time. (GTmetrix fully loaded UK: 12sec, CA: 28 sec, US: 9 sec, AU: 12sec )
And most of the visitors (mobile) didn't see it anyway.
Then start to add some content ...
And actually I wouldn't mess around with domains who containing brand names ...

1. Definitely different. I'm just thinking if people understands that's a CTA and not some image. I recommend A/B testing this.
2. I would try to localise a bit per traffic that is coming instead of stating all countries that are okay per casino. This would leave space for you to mention some perks of the casino as well.
