We want to share our recent experience with VegasNova Ltd to warn other affiliates.

In December, we tested cooperation with VegasNova by sending a small test batch of traffic – only 8 players.
The traffic source was our own Facebook group, so the funnel was very straightforward and transparent.

Throughout January, we repeatedly asked our assigned affiliate manager for:
  • a promo code, or any kind of stuff that we can promote durning dead season xmass - new year.
because players from T2 country were complaining about the high minimum deposit requirement (20–25 EUR), which significantly affected conversions.
Unfortunately:
  • We received no meaningful response during the entire January,
  • No promo tools or adjustments were provided,
  • Communication was extremely slow despite multiple follow-ups.
On 06.02, after the full January settlement period had already passed, we were finally asked to issue an invoice for December affiliate services.
Shortly after that:
  • A different person, not our original affiliate manager, contacted us,
  • We were informed that the traffic was classified as fraud.

Given:
  • the very small volume (8 players),
  • the transparent traffic source (owned FB group),
  • the lack of prior warnings or compliance feedback, and
  • the timing (fraud claim only after invoicing),
we find this handling highly questionable.
We are not pursuing the payment, as based on the overall responsiveness and communication quality, we do not believe it would lead anywhere productive.
However, we feel it is important to share this experience publicly so other affiliates can factor this into their risk assessment when working with VegasNova.
This post is meant as a warning, not an attack.

Stay safe and always document everything.
