So many are saying that players are not being retained by the casinos. Is there a brand that does great at player retention I need to start focusing on sending players to a casino that cares about them, wants them to return so they treat them well! I use to have players loving Go Wild for example but the player retention has gone in the toilet so our earnings are crap now there compared to what they use to be.

I can say that Intertops/Jackpot Capital both do very well in this regard for my players.
32 Red seems to be doing something right as well as Red/White Bet (Net Ent)
Money Gaming does good as well..

Small list... I am sure maybe I am forgetting a few...

Thank you bonustreak. I'll be sure to list 32 Red and Money Gaming in my new site. The programs that have consistently done well for me over the last few years are .... Fortune Affiliates, Affactive, Ace Revenue and Euro Partners. I know that some affiliates are not very fond of some of these programs, but nevertheless, these have been my best performers over the years.

Based on the player locks, Wagershare does not seem to be best in this discipline. ;)

I'm hesitant to name names in this thread, because, knowing my luck, as soon as I pat someone on the back, things will immediately take a nosedive -- LOL.

In any case, here goes...

Money Gaming and Jackpot Party seem to have good retention and player value, but Jackpot Party's conversion rate took a big dip last month for no apparent reason.

Actually most programs have shown declining earnings over the last few months, with the exception Focal Click (steady), Star Games (steady), and GoWild (somewhat steady, but nothing to write home about, especially in recent months).

I can't get 32Red to convert -- I've tried pushing this brand twice, with poor results both times. I did land one nice player at Nedplay (part of the 32Red group), but it was tough to get that one player.

I promoted Redbet 2 months ago, and all of the players left after the first month. The same thing happened with Betsson/Betsafe/CasinoEuro last month -- none of the players are back this month. Finding a NetEnt with good retention seems to be a challenge.

Net Ent and player retention is a big challenge that is for sure!! I really did well with Casinoluck for a bit but that took a dive. I can say that Red/White bet are my best retention casinos for NetEnt so far..

Jackpotparty I had the same thing conversions were tough but they did manage to retain the player that were converted up until about 3 months ago, I don't know what has changed but it has not been good!!

32Red yes hard to convert because I think everyone has an account...lol BUT they do manage to retain who we send..

Omni - use to be great at retention but not anymore at least not for us..

Referback I should have mentioned they do have good retention

Try going for a Net Ent with a download casino. I spoke to an affiliate manager at one place months ago that said they get something like 60% better value out of players on the download casino vs the flash one. I guess its a case of once its on a person's machine it is "the casino" rather than a website.
